New research: Better well-being means better business results

We recently partnered with our friends at Quantum Workplace to explore current employee perceptions on workplace engagement.

We learned a lot — but most important? When your employees have high well-being and feel supported, your organization will see better business results.

As we dug deeper, we found that employees who feel they have higher well-being also:

  • Enjoy their work more (83 percent strongly agree vs. 41 percent strongly agree for lower well-being employees)
  • Are less likely to leave (91 percent strongly agree that they intend to stay vs. 55 percent strongly agree that they intend to stay for lower well-being employees)
  • Are more loyal to their teams (84 percent strongly agree vs. 54 percent strongly agree for lower well-being employees)
  • Are more likely to recommend their organization as a great place to work (84 percent strongly agree vs. 48 percent strongly agree for lower well-being employees)
