About the role:
Limeade is seeking a Chief of Staff for our product and technology organization, reporting to our Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). The Chief of Staff will work closely with the head of product, design and user research, technology, strategic partnerships and development, and the Limeade Institute.
They will help develop strategic plans, drive alignment and clear communication throughout the organization, manage the budget, measure and monitor performance against our plans, and service as an integrator across teams. Finally, they will help ensure the leadership team never loses sight of the business and customer outcomes that drive the execution of the vision that defines us here at Limeade.

Serve as a thought partner to the CPTO, helping develop strategies for bringing the Limeade vision to reality.
Collaborate with the leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies and outcomes, while ensuring these decisions are data-driven and in alignment with the goals of the organization.
Manage and maintain clear and concise performance metrics across the teams by providing guidance and collaborating with the leadership team and other stakeholders to measure business and team performance.
Drive budget planning and manage and maintain a clear vision into expenditures.
Plan, coordinate, and keep leadership aligned through focused meetings and clearly documented action items/outcomes.
Serve as the communicator across the broader organization, developing relationships and communication channels between departments.
Assist the CPTO in navigating through uncertainty and risk by anticipating and averting problems by leveraging organizational intelligence and strategic thinking.
Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
7 – 10 years of experience in a related role
Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a technology company
Experience in translating vision into strategy and operationalizing it
Experience in budgeting across multiple departments
Highly organized and thoughtful with communication
