The Limeade Reporting team is looking for a data quality analyst to join our new and growing team. This team owns all customer-facing reporting and delivers delightful user experiences built on strong technology. You'll collaborate closely with many facets of the business, from data engineers and product managers to front-end developers, the research & development institute, and strategic and technical account managers. You will serve a key role in helping our customers to make solid data-informed decisions.
Set up and maintain alerting on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity
Evaluate system performance and design, as well as their effects on data quality
Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to improve data collection and storage processes
Run and debug data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions; be an expert at finding and fixing the “edge cases”
Document all the things: data definitions, requirements, usage, processes, etc.
Keep up with the latest developments and trends in data quality analysis

Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and SQL
Exceptional analytical skills
Advanced problem-solving skills. Look for non-obvious connections and creative solutions.
Experience with some kind of data monitoring tool, such as Tableau's alerting systems
Communicate effectively and with care, especially translating technical and complicated concepts to not-so-technically-minded folks
