About the role:
Limeade is seeking a Data Scientist I for a small but mighty Personalization team. In this role, you contribute to taking Limeade through its ML-first future, where best-in-industry algorithms are deployed throughout the platform to personalize the experience for all their users.
Building and implementing Machine Learning models utilizing Databricks in the Azure cloud
Researching and implementing MLOps best practices to enhance the Personalization team’s machine learning lifecycle process
Performing statistical analysis to validate models
Communicating findings and recommendations to the business
Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field & min. 2 years exp.; or advanced degree w/out exp.; or equivalent work exp.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques
Experience with big data platforms
Knowledge of statistics and experiment design (e.g. A/B testing, causal inference)
Ability to communicate complex technical work to a non-technical audience
