About the role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the creation of compelling and strategic sales and marketing materials and customer success stories to support our revenue goals. This role will engage across all parts of the business and company to drive compelling product, business and customer stories that can be targeted to the right audience at the right time for success. You will be responsible for determining how to effectively and accurately position Limeade solutions and customer stories to increase awareness, purchase intent and lead generation
Responsible for sales materials specifically for the consultant audience, ensuring that each is grounded in our product truths, competitive insights, Limeade brand approach and aligned to our target audience
Maintain repository of Limeade customer success stories and determine how best to enable the field to ensure materials are utilized properly
Responsible for customer evidence, including key customer stats and insights to illustrate Limeade product leadership and proof points
Support creation of customer success stories – including identifying target customers, partnering with content marketing and customer success to create a compelling overview, and determining how to best utilize across the marketing channels
Partner across the marketing, creative, sales and customer success teams for insights, feedback and tactical execution
1-3 years experience in B2B marketing function overseeing marketing materials
Strong communication skills – including writing skills for a business audience
Executive maturity and high capacity for success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Experience in HR technology or SaaS industry a plus.
Self-directed and able to work and lead proactively, coordinating stakeholder buy-in across teams
Ability to demonstrate company values in an on-going and consistent way
