About the role:
We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager in support of the TinyPulse product. In this role, you will be responsible for the messaging and promotion of our products and their features to an HR target audience. You will collaborate with product, sales, customer support and marketing to identify key features that will attract customers and aid in the creation of marketing campaigns.
Product messaging and positioning
Identify, create and maintain product personas and buyer’s journey frameworks
Customer and prospect communications on new releases/products
Sales and customer support enablement and training
Partner with content to develop web copy, case studies, ROI and other thought leadership content
Conduct, maintain and share competitor analysis and help create messaging to support competitive campaigns
Manage customer reviews on review sites and schedules to keep our review up to date and fresh
Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
3-5 years product marketing experience supporting product releases and campaigns with 1-2 years competitive analysis required
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer
Experience managing customer reviews on G2, Capterra and other review sites preferred
Able and willing to multitask and manage several projects concurrently
Must be thorough, attentive to detail and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem solver
