Limeade is an employee experience company that inspires employee commitment and elevates company culture. Our mission is to improve well-being in the world. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and creative UX Researcher to help us bring our mission to life for our end users.
You are comfortable doing research across the product development lifecycle, from early discovery work to concept testing. Not afraid to be wrong or question base assumptions, you constructively challenge team members. You are at ease leading workshops, facilitating the process with the UX team and non-designers alike. You are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity presented by early-stage work and enjoy the process of bringing clarity when faced with problems.
