About the Role:
Limeade is searching for a Systems Administrator that has a strong understanding of Windows and MacOS administration. The Systems Administrator's main responsibilities are to manage and maintain Windows Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, JAMF and Windows Office 365 environment including Exchange, SharePoint and Teams. They will act as a top escalation point for the Help Desk. This is a full-time position in WARemote.
Create and update departmental procedures/technical documentation.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issues.
Troubleshoot problems reported by various systems, team members and/or users.
Create, verify, and restore various system backups.
Monitor systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
Manage the configuration and operation of Windows/ Mac OS images in Intune and JAMF.
Assign and maintain user logins, access privileges, and email accounts.
Provide level 3 technical support for both hardware and software issues.
Respond to and resolve escalated help desk requests.
Keep both the LAN (Local Area Networks) and WAN networks operational and functioning at optimal levels.
Assists in maintaining, testing and inventory of IT equipment.
Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
5+ years’ experience in system administration, Bachelor's degree in related fields.
High-level knowledge of a hybrid Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services – MFA, DLP, MDM, IP, PIM
Ability to install Windows and MacOS desktop operating systems
Proficient with Deployment Tools such as JAMF, Intune, Windows AutoPilot, ManageEngine and deploying client/server images.
Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
Basic understanding of project management goals and practices.
Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner.
Must be proficient in PowerShell scripting with some experience with Bash or Python
