Limeade earns NCQA Wellness & Health Promotion Certification for health appraisals

Today Limeade, an employee engagement technology company that inspires change in health, well-being and performance, earned the Wellness & Health Promotion Certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in the Health Appraisal category. This certification indicates excellence not only for the implementation of engagement programs, but also for the development of high-touch services and handling of sensitive health information. Limeade previously earned NCQA Certification in 2013.

To award the Wellness & Health Promotion Certification, NCQA comprehensively evaluates key areas of health promotion, including how wellness programs are implemented in the workplace, how services such as health coaching are provided to help eligible individuals develop skills to make healthy choices and how sensitive health information of eligible individuals is properly safeguarded.

Limeade improves health, well-being and performance all in one platform. Critical to its NCQA certification, Limeade uses results from client experience surveys and evidence-based testing of its health assessment to evaluate performance and continually improve its program and service.
