Limeade scales up operations with new chief operating officer
Former LexisNexis Healthcare executive Warren Gouk joins Limeade leadership team
Bellevue, Wash., February 1, 2016 –– Today Limeade, a corporate wellness technology company, appointed Warren Gouk as its new chief operating officer. A former senior vice president and general manager of LexisNexis Healthcare, Gouk unified business strategy and structure to enable operational scale and achieved over 20 times revenue growth. In his new role at Limeade, Gouk is responsible for business and financial operations.

Reporting directly to Limeade CEO Henry Albrecht, Gouk will oversee the customer success, shared services, business insights and finance teams.

Before LexisNexis Healthcare, Gouk was the chief financial officer and head of business development and strategy at Enclarity, a healthcare data analytics company. He helped expand into new markets and led the sale of Enclarity to LexisNexis. Before that, Gouk spent 10 years helping build and grow Cascadia Capital into a nationally ranked investment banking practice. He also led M&A transactions for private and public companies at Volpe Brown Whelan & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Gouk has a finance and economics degree from the University of British Columbia and holds Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. He and his family live in Seattle, where he participates in hockey, baseball, skiing and golf. He’s been a board member of the Special Olympics of Washington for the past four years.
