Limeade strengthens team with new VP of Legal Faye Ricci
– Corporate wellness technology company Limeade appointed Faye Ricci as its new Vice President of Legal. With more than 20 years of strategic corporate legal experience, Ricci is responsible for building and managing legal efforts across all aspects of Limeade and coordinating all outside legal resources.

Reporting to Limeade Chief Operations Officer Warren Gouk, Ricci will work closely with all groups to build a streamlined approach for legal matters that will ensure the company continues its impressive growth plan.
Ricci joins Limeade from Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP, where she specialized in the financial services industry. She has represented clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including, capital market financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and securities law matters. Ricci also brings significant operational experience as a Vice President at both JP Morgan Chase Bank and Bank of America.
“Faye has extensive experience navigating the legal complexities of highly regulated industries,” said Gouk. “Her expertise in corporate legal matters and transactional experience will support our growth and enable us to step into new markets while effectively managing corporate risk. Ricci earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Virginia School of Law, and her Bachelor of Science at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
