Fiserv used their Limeade programme, Fuel Your Life, to amplify the inclusion efforts at their organisation. They listened to associates to better understand where to invest their Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts.
Through Fuel Your Life, they:
Promoted internal D&I trainings
Spread awareness about the Employee Resource Group Programme by encouraging associates to join for the opportunity to share ideas, experiences, support each other and elevate professional development
Shared their Back2Business updates in how they invested millions into small businesses during the pandemic
Fiserv communicated their inclusion mission to ensure associates knew the company’s commitments to D&I and that all voices mattered.
In 2020, Fiserv launched seven internal D&I Xchange on-demand trainings to all 44K global employees, making it easy for associates to sign up and participate in trainings such as “Reflecting on Unconscious Bias.” They also used Featured Activities to highlight volunteer and donation opportunities that aligned with their inclusion mission.

Over 800 associates participated in the 2:1 match campaign to support human rights
The Fuel Your Life programme allowed them to amplify their D&I trainings and initiatives, resulting in greater attendance and participation from associates across the globe.
