Congrats to Anything is Possible award winner Yogesh Ratnaparkhi

The “Culture of Improvement” awards recognize LimeMates who exceptionally live the Limeade culture. The awards – Own It, Anything is Possible, Delight Customers, Speak Plainly, Be It and We’re a Team – ladder up to our six corporate values. An internal nomination committee reviews submissions from fellow LimeMates and selects the winners.

The Anything is Possible award goes to Product Manager Yogesh Ratnaparkhi.

Yogesh embodies the spirit of Anything is Possible through his enthusiasm in serving our customers. He leads our partner initiative, setting a vision for how we integrate partners and make our user experience easier, more seamless and more delightful. When roadblocks surface, he mindfully listens quickly and brainstorms multiple solutions. He doesn’t lose sight of his goal, and he won’t take no for an answer. To top it all of, Yogesh is our resident meditation expert and regularly leads meditation sessions for our employees.

We sat down with Yogesh to learn more about him here’s what we learned.

What’s your role at Limeade, and what do you do?

I work as a product manager focusing on partner integrations. I closely work with product, R&D and partner teams to evolve our platform to better connect with ecosystem partners.

How long have you been at Limeade?

A little over three years.

What do you like most about your job?

In addition to our mission and culture, I love the opportunity to improve people’s lives via technology.

I’m a semi-professional vocalist with a bachelor’s degree in Indian classical music. I perform at concerts several times throughout the year.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Limeade?

I have a few:

  • Team collaborative value-focused days like Own It Day.
  • When happy customers visit the office and tell us they like our platform.
  • The opportunity to go out in the field and meet potential and current customers and partners.

Where would you take a career-cation?

I’d travel around the world — specifically Alaska, Thailand and India.

How do you destress?

Three times a week, yoga is my primary stress-buster.

What are you working to improve?

Not getting overwhelmed at the end of the day. Doing less by focusing on the things that matter. Limit checking email.

What’s your favorite quote?

“Trust the flow of life.”

What inspires you?

When I see an energetic person full of life.

What’s a skill you’d like to learn?

Being able to focus on one thing at a time.

Yogesh familyWhat can be found on your desk?

Wireless headphones, a family picture, a notebook and pens.

Favorite LimeMates challenge?

The 30-day challenge to build a habit. I developed a “start your day with 10-minute meditation” habit, which I’ve been doing ever since.

How do you live “Anything is Possible?”

By focusing on what I want and trying not to worry about the “how.” It’s thrilling when a goal comes to fruition with little planning of the “how.”
