Highlights from the 2016 Limeade Advisory Board meeting

Limeade innovation comes from three places:

  1. Our visionary product team
  2. Industry technology trends and advancements
  3. And most importantly, feedback and guidance from our customers.

So we launched the Limeade Advisory Board (LAB) as a formal outlet for customer collaboration and strategic guidance on the direction of our business. It’s also a time for the HR leaders we work with to connect with like-minded peers experiencing the same opportunities and challenges.

DSC06414This year our 2016 cohort spent the day digging into the Limeade roadmap, getting inspired and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest waterfront.

The agenda:

DSC06492Product science fair

Our product science fair is a time to meet the brains behind the newest Limeade products and features. LAB members joined product managers and developers for demos and rapid-fire Q&A sessions on the Limeade mobile experience, Limeade Interactive and the new Limeade financial well-being package.

Limeade design sprint

DSC06501Limeade asked the LAB: Where should we focus our product evolution? Our VP of Product Development Justin Jed led an exercise akin to our monthly product sprints. LAB members shared their priorities, campaigned for their favorite ideas and voted to determine their recommendation for our  top area of focus.

Becoming an employer of choice, with Andrew Sykes

We invited Andrew Sykes, Founder and President of Habits at Work – to send off our members on an inspiring note. He shared real-life examples of how pivotal habits like sleep and nutrition affect the workplace. Even more important, he shows us why CEOs should care — as these pivotal habits build high-performing individuals and company cultures.

Learn more about Andrew’s approach in our blog post and recorded webinar.

2016 Limelight Award Celebration

Limelight partners with some of the greatest companies in the world. Every day we feel proud to witness and support their work in improving employee well-being. But we’d be remiss not to honor a few that truly stand-out each year. That’s why we launched the Limelight Awards — which recognize customers who lead the industry as great places to work with engaging well-being programs.

After a day of hard work, the LAB and Limeade team came together to recognize this year’s winners:
