Make this their best job.
A great job is the result of millions of moments. How you shape them for your people makes all the difference.
There’s more to the employee experience than the obvious milestones: interview, onboarding, performance management and even exit. An employee’s experience with your company is made moment by moment. It’s influenced by their teams and colleagues, by the tools they use, by the work they do. It’s made up of the interactions, big and small, that make work feel great.
The intention you put in to building a positive employee experience is more than good business — it’s life-changing for employees. And it all starts with understanding and curating the moments that show people you care.
Those great moments in an employee’s experience used to be random, but now there’s a platform that makes them happen. From activities that improve engagement and well-being to touchpoints that communicate ideas or emphasize inclusion, Limeade ONE creates a “best job” kind of experience for your people.

Haley loves her job — she gets to travel and meet different people, and she also believes in the integrity and customer-centric mindset of her employer. As an adjuster, her environment changes daily and her company is working to help her feel connected to the overall culture.
Haley and her coworker Eva meet up before work. They’re on a mission to try every coffee shop in the area, posting about it on the social channel of Limeade ONE. The company even featured their progress in the quarterly newsletter.
Haley arrives at her first site visit and speaks with her onsite contact. After completing her report, she sees a “cheers” from her manager, congratulating her for her 100th site visit.
Haley’s coworkers, both in the field and office, are competing in a friendly steps challenge. Instead of joining the meeting from her car in the park and ride lot, she calls in while taking a walk at a nearby park.
To support her company’s new inclusion initiative, Haley helped co-found a “women in the workplace” resource group. She’s eager to know what meeting times work best, so she posts a poll to Limeade ONE.
