Here at Limeade, high fives, kudos and cheers make up a significant cornerstone of our culture. In fact, gratitude and transparency largely define who we are. To maintain a healthy culture of recognition we regularly solicit feedback from employees. Our secret to doing this well? TINYpulse.
TINYpulse is a cloud-based tool that sends out a weekly survey question and solicits completely anonymous feedback from employees. The use of frequent, single questions yields a higher response rate and offers more timely insights about the happiness of employees.These weekly reports give leadership and managers visibility into trends on a weekly basis so that our people and business strategy can respond to feedback quickly.
We are honored and delighted to announce that Limeade recently won a 2015 TINYpulse Employee Recognition Award! This means that Limeade employs the most cheers-giving employees out of 500 companies that TinyPulse serves.
TINYpulse also named an MVP Cheers Giver AND Recipient for Limeade. Tiff Napolitano, one of our amazing product managers, won both awards!
