Earlier this week, Limeade welcomed Andrea Ramos Moore and her mobile food truck “I Love My GFF” (Gluten Free Food) into our office for lunch. We’re so glad she came in to share her story and her mouth-watering food.
Andrea started I love My GFF after she was diagnosed with both gluten and diary intolerances and had to re-vamp her diet. She came up with delicious and healthy lunches and had to share them with the world. Her goal is to make healthy eating fun, accessible and quick for everyone. If you check out her food trucks, you’ll find a simple and healthy menu, easy-to-eat bowls and upbeat dance music that plays while you wait for your food.
To learn more about I Love My GFF, we asked Andrea a few questions that were top of mind.
