The “Make Others Great” award started as a way to recognize employees who go above and beyond to help others do their best work through collaboration and teamwork. Each month a nomination committee reviews submissions from fellow employees and selects the winner.
This month, the BIG shoe goes to Lexi Yurovchak, Marketing Analyst. Kudos to Lexi for always striving to Make Others Great!

What is your role at Limeade and what do you do?
I’m a Marketing Analyst and I create custom demos for prospective customers.
How long have you been at Limeade?
A little over a year.
What brought you here?
I graduated from the University of Washington a quarter early and wanted to find a professional full-time internship to explore my interest in marketing and sales. Limeade finance guru Steve Yantorni referred me for the product marketing intern position and the rest is history!
What do you like most about your job?
My role is pretty unique. Everyday I get to work across teams to conceptualize and create prospective demo sites — partnering with marketing, sales, product and account management. I start by researching prospective clients brands and the design a customized well-being program with our awesome creative team. Finally, I get to configure the demo sites and deliver on “bringing a company’s culture to life” through challenges and branding in the site.
What does a day in the life look like?
I usually get into the office around 9am. The first thing I do is check my email and then prioritize my day with a to-do list – yes, this is handwritten because I really like crossing stuff off a list! By 10am, I brainstorm demo requests with marketing and sales to ensure our strategies are aligned. Before lunch, I design creative assets in Photoshop for each demo. I typically go out for lunch most days of the week and when I return I configure the demo by building challenges and uploading CSV files. At the end of my day, I train new employees on our product before heading out at 5pm.
What motivates/inspires you?
I love to travel – it’s definitely my greatest inspiration. There’s nothing like going to someplace new, trying new things, learning about a new culture and meeting new people.
What is one thing not many people know about you?
People usually don’t know that I used to be a carnie. Throughout college, my summer job was running my own booth at the Puyallup Fair. I learned how to make henna, write names (yes, any name) on grains of rice and inserted feathers into hair!
What is your favorite thing about working at Limeade?
The number one thing that brings me into the office everyday are the people here. I couldn’t have asked to be surrounded by more kind, intelligent and genuine people!
Where would you take a career-cation?
I would go to Cairns, Australia! I’ve been there before when I was very young but I think that’s such a great launching point to visit places like Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Fiji.
How do you de-stress?
I de-stress by playing with my dog, Pebbles! I love taking her for walks around Green Lake and going to the dog park. There’s nothing more de-stressing than watching a bunch of dogs play together.
What is your favorite Limeade memory?
My favorite Limeade memory is when the entire company went to the Bellevue Park and played frisbee, football and volleyball during lunch!
What is your favorite Limeade value, and how do you live it?
We’re a Team. I live this value everyday by constantly brainstorming and collaborating with multiple departments and teams.
