On April 17th and 18th in Savannah, GA, a community of changemakers came together at Limeade Engage to reinvent culture and transform the workplace.

HR leaders, industry experts and guests arrived at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a welcome reception along the river. Oyster shucking, live music and a night of networking set the stage for the conference ahead.
The first day of Limeade Engage, our keynote speakers inspired the audience to tackle the concepts of timing, complexity, well-being, engagement and productivity at work with motivational speeches, meet and greets and book signings.
Daniel Pink, the author of six provocative books about the changing world of work, shared show-stopping research that made the audience reevaluate how they prioritize their time. After lunch on the Savannah river lawn, our second keynote speaker Lisa Bodell, founder and CEO of futurethink, captured the audience with her insights on how complexity is killing organizations.
Global Vice President of Customer Success at Limeade, Steven Parker, joined Jason Landry, Senior Director — Shared Services & Total Rewards at Brinker International, Adin Bailey, Well-Being Program Manager at Brinker International, Tina Anistasiow, Director, Health & Productivity at First American and Mandy Kolbenschlag, Manager, Health & Welfare Benefits at First American, in a customer panel discussion on best practices for driving employee engagement and well-being.
A product spotlight including Limeade CEO and co-founder, Henry Albrecht, Cliff Drane, Vice President of Creative & User Experience, Dr. Laura Hamill, Chief People Officer & Chief Science Officer and Lee Rossini, Vice President of Product at Limeade covered Limeade product innovations.
To close out the first day of the conference, attendees explored the Limeade Pavilion before boarding the Savannah trolley. Guests arrived at the Roundhouse Railroad Museum for a night of celebration, awards, music and games!
Day two of Limeade Engage kicked off with a 5K walk and jog. Next, our third keynote speaker Josh Bersin, co-founder and a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, took the conversation a step further by digging into the power of meaningful work, organizational support and how it’s crucial to put your people first.
Jared Lindzon, Freelance Journalist, Fast Company joined Egan Cheung, Vice President of Product, Achievers, Michelle Moran, Global Wellness Partnerships & Customer Success, Fitbit Health Solutions and Jennifer Hoskins, Partnerships, Microsoft 365 Core, Microsoft on stage for a discussion on industry trends and the future of technology.
To end the two-day event, attendees broke out into groups to sit in on three different Limeade Institute Workshops digging into employee engagement, the Limeade Results Model and organizational support.
