On May 3rd, CEOs, HR leaders, well-being industry professionals and Limeade employees came together at Limeade Engage to rethink the way we work and discover that real employee engagement is totally possible.

The day of the conference, our keynote speakers at Limeade Engage ignited a spark of inspiration to transform employee engagement with motivational speeches, meet and greets and book signings.

Professor, top TED talk speaker and acclaimed author, Dr. Barry Schwartz shared the science behind intrinsic motivation from his book, Why We Work, that shed new light on how we should all think about incentives in the workplace.

limeade engage 89 300x200 - What you missed at Limeade EngageRecord-breaking long-distance swimmer, Diana Nyad captivated the audience with her passionate storytelling of her trials and tribulations of being the first person to swim from Cuba to Florida without the aid of a shark cage at the age of sixty-four.


Limeade CEO Henry Albrecht joined Sarah Bird, CEO of Moz, Rajeev Singh, CEO of Accolade and moderator Jen Benz, CEO of Benz Communications, in a panel discussion about how CEOs can reinvigorate the employee experience.

An employer panel including David Olsen, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Ali Fettig, Stryker, Lou McDermott, Washington State Healthcare Authority and moderator Steven Parker, Limeade VP of Customer Success, took the stage to discuss how to make well-being a competitive advantage in the workplace.
