Health & well-being solution company cites intentional, mission-driven culture as key to top ranking at ‘2015 Washington’s Best Workplaces Awards’
Limeade, a corporate wellness company, received top honors at the Puget Sound Business Journal’s ‘2015 Washington’s Best Workplaces Awards’ held at Safeco Field Thursday. With a mission of measurably improving well-being in the world, Limeade attributes much of its rapid growth, strong employee performance and high customer satisfaction rate to its intentional culture of improvement.
“We are elated by our ranking as the best place to work in Washington State and I commend everyone here for bringing our incredible culture to life every day,” said Henry Albrecht, Limeade CEO. “At Limeade we believe people can only reach their full potential when they feel their employer supports their well-being, so we approach culture as a business strategy with a tangible business impact.”
