The Ohio State University, UnityPoint Health and Iron Mountain recognized for engaging employees and inspiring positive, measurable change
Today Limeade, an employee health and well-being platform, announced the winners of its 2015 Limelight Awards. The annual awards recognize customers who are leading the industry in employee well-being strategy with engaging programs that inspire change.

Fresh Innovation: The Ohio State University
Awarded to The Ohio State University for leadership utilizing technology and digital media to drive program success. Ohio State extended its well-being program across social media channels, driving a 54 percent year-over-year participation increase. Additionally, Ohio State partnered closely with Limeade to innovate new program features and benefits for employees.
Engagement Revolution: UnityPoint Health
Awarded to UnityPoint Health for success in unifying the organization following multiple acquisitions and driving high program engagement with a single platform. UnityPoint Health achieved 64 percent challenge participation, with more than 7,000 employees reaching the highest well-being program level.
Bringing Culture to Life: Iron Mountain
Awarded to Iron Mountain in partnership with ADURO for excellence aligning its well-being program with company culture and business strategy. Iron Mountain integrated more than 14 HR and business programs into a seamlessly integrated and culturally-relevant program, increasing participation in safety trainings, financial wellness and its “Moving Mountains” volunteering program.
