MEASUREMENT

Limeade Inclusion utilizes research-based methods for measuring employee perceptions of inclusion at their workplace, including annual baseline survey and periodic check-ins.

INSIGHTS

The real-time Limeade Inclusion dashboard highlights results, which can be filtered in multiple ways to understand underlying trends. The dashboard features recommended activities for managers and employees to improve.

ACTIONS

Based on the survey results, the Limeade Inclusion dashboard provides a series of recommended employee and manager activities that can immediately be infused into the Limeade program. 

ONGOING SUPPORT

The Limeade Inclusion communication playbook features templates for program and survey launch as well as follow-up emails to ensure employees understand the importance of an inclusive environment and how to take part. Limeade experts assist with survey strategy, results interpretation and aligning action to people and business goals.

*Inclusion = average of two items (“I feel like I belong at this org” and “I can be myself at work”). The "feel included" vs. "do not feel included" categories were determined after aggregate inclusion scores were calculated. If the aggregate score fell above 4 (which would correspond to an "agree" or “strongly agree”), it was coded as "feel included". All others fell into "do not feel included".
