Bellevue, Wash., Sept. 27, 2017 — Limeade, an employee engagement company, appointed Kate Farley as its new Vice President of Operations. With deep expertise in the digital media space, Farley comes to Limeade with nearly 20 years experience running operations at various organizations. Her experience spans account management, customer service, development operations, creative groups, pre-sales and sales planning.

Reporting directly Chief Operations Officer, Warren Gouk, Farley is now responsible for leading Limeade operations. Specifically she will manage the implementation, customer support and product specialist teams at Limeade. With a focus on automation, scale and efficiency, Farley will lead the teams to think strategically about how to best delight our customers.

Kate’s extensive experience in operations is a perfect match to further streamline our operating leverage as a SaaS leader in the employee engagement industry,” Gouk said. “Her leadership in enhancing our customer delivery model, experience and lifecycle will be instrumental in the next chapter of success for Limeade.”
Farley joins Limeade from SITO Mobile Ltd. where she served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations before taking on the role of Executive Vice President of Strategy & Sales Marketing. Prior to SITO Mobile, Farley was Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Hipcricket.
Farley lives in the Seattle area with her husband and three children. She volunteers with Seattle Public Schools and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America.
