We’re thrilled Puget Sound Business Journal named us the #1 best large workplace in Washington. And we owe it all to our LimeMates, whose survey responses showed that we’re committed to our culture of improvement and that everyone loves what they do.

And if you want more, dig into Puget Sound Business Journal’s interview with Henry. Here’s a little preview:
Tell us three specific ways you ensure all of your employees know they are valued. Limeade employees know they are valued because we have set our bar so high for talent, being a LimeMate means that you are a “bar-raiser” — and ensuring people know they are valued is a solid priority. Our all-company meetings regularly include Q&A time with our CEO and other leadership, showing our employees that we value their opinions and fostering a feeling of connection. We have several awards to recognize employees including a peer-nominated, peer-chosen award and a reward for those who exemplify our company values in their work. Lastly, our weekly TinyPulse survey provides both a great avenue for receiving feedback from our employees (which our People Team regularly reviews and takes action on) as well as a tool to give a shout-out to recognize fellow employees — and we’re proud to have been identified as one of the most “cheers-giving” companies in TinyHR’s client base.
