The Limeade Reporting Suite is available through the self-service and intuitive Limeade Admin Console. With just a few clicks, program owners, leaders or subject matter experts can surface actionable insights.  

But this is just the first step. In the upcoming months, we’re making updates to our self-service wellness analytics tools. The Limeade Reporting Suite will allow customers to see the impact of their employee well-being initiatives on key business metrics. This helps them prove the value of their investments and initiatives by: 

• Tracking program KPIs. The Limeade Reporting Suite allows you to track the KPIs of your employee well-being programs. This can include participation, registration, returning users, activity participation and resource utilization. You’re always in the know whether your investment in employee well-being is paying off in tangible ways. 

• Understanding the impact of well-being on people results. Employee well-being has a direct impact on people results such as burnout, turnover, engagement and health. The Limeade Value Dashboard helps you to understand this impact by aggregating data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and easy to digest format. 

• Making informed decisions about resource allocation. With the insights provided by the Limeade Value Dashboard, you can make more informed decisions about where to allocate resources to support employee well-being. For example, if the dashboard shows that burnout rates are high in a certain population, you may decide to invest more in mental health support activities. 

• Managing high-risk populations. Another key area the Limeade Reporting Suite focuses on is the high-risk populations — meaning the 5% of your workforce that accounts for 52% of your health spendings. We’ve formed a strategic alliance with the market leader in clinical analytics. Coming soon, you’ll be able to better identify high-risk populations and target proven interventions to them.
