Limeade Engage Highlights
Limeade Engage 2022 showcased the latest research, knowledge and trends on employee well-being and experience with the most influential experts in the industry. Key themes from sessions addressed important people and business outcomes like turnover, burnout, inclusion and culture. Attendees joined across the globe to hear from keynote speakers, the Limeade vision and future, along with real Limeade customer examples, use cases and best practices.

Inclusive conversations at work
NYT Bestselling Author, Host, “Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man” & Emmy Award-winning Fox Sports Analyst, Emmanuel Acho joined Limeade CMO, Dr. Patti Fletcher, for a discussion on the impact of inclusive conversations at work. In this dynamic discussion, Acho shared his personal experience with navigating uncomfortable conversations and inspired attendees to “say yes to a life without limits.”
Psychologically healthy workplace & organizational care
Dr. Laura Hamill, CEO, Paris Phoenix Group and Limeade Chief Science Advisor and Claudia Alabiso, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MS, LMFT, discussed new research from the Limeade Institute that unpacked what it means to create a psychologically healthy workplace, the changing priorities of employees and specific actions you can take to support the mental health of your employees.
Followed by a deep dive into organizational care from our very own LimeMates, featuring Best Practices research from the Limeade Institute and specific examples to apply the science to your current well-being program.
The aesthetics of joy & well-being
Next up, we heard from Ingrid Fetell Lee, Designer, Founder of The Aesthetics of Joy and Author of “Joyful: The Surprising Power of Ordinary Things to Create Extraordinary Happiness” on the aesthetics of joy and the impact on well-being. Her thoughtful and highly visual session reminded attendees that joy can increase resilience, has ripple effects and how “we would be better off viewing joy as a catalyst to our success.”
Well-being, EX & the power of purpose
Closing out Mainstage Sessions, we heard from Limeade customer Robert Bosch in a productive conversation with Limeade CEO, Henry Albrecht. The two leaders discussed the role of well-being at Robert Bosch and the impact it has on the employee experience.
Shabnam Mogharabi, Award-winning Journalist, Media and Entertainment Executive and Co-Founder of innovative media enterprise SoulPancake, spoke about the power of purpose and what you stand for. Between anxiety, burnout and the Great Resignation, Mogharabi grounded attendees in the importance of knowing your why, along with professional and personal purpose.
