Kyle Rolfing is currently a partner at Lehmi Ventures with an extensive background in consumer-driven health and multiple years of advising and board work. Kyle is a true entrepreneur in the healthcare industry — his experience speaks for itself as the co-founder and president of Bright Health, Principal at Savvysherpa, co-founder and CEO of Redbrick Health and co-founder, president and CEO of Definity Health.

Dr. Michael Parkinson
Principal, P3 Health and Past President, American College of Preventive Medicine
Dr. Michael Parkinson focuses on maximizing population health through prevention and healthcare transformation as Principal of P3 Health. He most recently was Senior Medical Director for UPMC Health Plan and Workpartners. He has had prior leadership roles at Lumenos/Anthem as a pioneer of consumer-directed health care and during his career in the US Air Force culminating in the Office of the Surgeon General. This legend’s impressive medical career makes him an expert in improving health, reducing excessive medical costs and optimizing business competitiveness. He serves on the (DoD) Defense Health Board, the University of Iowa NIOSH Midwest Center for Workforce Excellence Advisory Board and theEditorial Board of the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.
Fun Fact about Dr. Parkinson: He was a member of the Institute of Medicine Committee evaluating NASA employee health programs which became the model for NIOSH Total Worker Health.
