The pandemic has forced organizations to make a dramatic shift in how they approach employee mental health and the relationship between the work environment and employee well-being. A recent American Psychology Association study reported 71% of employees feel their employer is more concerned about mental health compared to pre-pandemic years. However, the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General found 76% of U.S. workers reported at least one symptom of a mental health condition and 84% stated their workplace conditions contributed to at least one mental health condition.
