Psychological safety for today’s workforce

There’s been an uptick in discussions about mental health as people continue to confront the changes caused by the pandemic. Only about half of the global employees surveyed by the Limeade Institute felt comfortable revealing mental health struggles to their employer and requesting resources or accommodations. 

It’s important for employers to provide support for their employees’ well-being, including their mental health.
