While well-being, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are topics that have grown exponentially among industry leaders in recent years, it’s paramount to recognize the intersection between the two. It’s the unique convergence where acceptance, belonging, health and employee engagement thrive. We cannot continue to have siloed conversations when well-being and DEI are inextricably connected.
