Understanding Diverse Employee Experiences: A Multi-Country Perspective
Employees’ experiences at work are diverse. They vary from person to person, and whether they are positive or negative depends on how employees relate to and feel about their work, peers, managers/leaders and company. A guiding framework for understanding employees’ experiences at work can help identify avenues for creating positive outcomes for employees and reduce — or even prevent — negative outcomes. (Example: feeling engaged and included vs. burned out and wanting to leave.)
In this session, Martin Zelger, Limeade Vice President of International, will discuss findings from the newest Limeade Employee Experience Global Report. The session will address how the employee experience (EX) varies across five countries (France, Germany, U.K., Australia and U.S.), the outcomes that a positive EX promote and provide recommendations for building a positive EX within an organization.
This webinar covers:
How to demonstrate care to create a more positive employee experience
The ways in which employee experience is much more than employee life cycle
