Kindred is the largest post-acute care provider in the country with more than 100,000 employees working from hospitals, rehab centers and patient homes. With a passionate and distributed population, employees often forget to take care of themselves and can feel disconnected from their employer. Kindred partnered with Limeade in 2012 to evolve their well-being program and support the whole employee. Now, 70% of eligible employees and spouses participate each year. The key to their success? Personalization and choice.
Here are some of the results they’ve seen with a 3-year cohort:
25% of participants improved their overall health
Overweight employees with high participation improved their health risk level by 24%
60% of coaching participants improved health risk
Participating employees improved in 100% of well-being dimensions
