Improving the whole employee through a single platform
Watch our recent webinar to learn how Kindred Healthcare uses a personalized employee well-being and engagement experience to drive business results.
In this 45-minute webinar, Cheryl Priddy, divisional vice president of benefits at Kindred Healthcare, and Steven Parker, vice president of customer success at Limeade, reveal the strategy behind Kindred’s success.
MEET KINDRED Healthcare
Kindred is the largest post-acute care provider in the country with more than 100,000 employees working from hospitals, rehab centers and patient homes. With a passionate and distributed population, employees often forget to take care of themselves and can feel disconnected from their employer. Kindred partnered with Limeade in 2012 to evolve their well-being program and support the whole employee. Now, 70% of eligible employees and spouses participate each year. The key to their success? Personalization and choice.
Here are some of the results they’ve seen with a 3-year cohort:
25% of participants improved their overall health
Overweight employees with high participation improved their health risk level by 24%
60% of coaching participants improved health risk
Participating employees improved in 100% of well-being dimensions
Kindred also increased their telemedicine participation by 400%. Watch the recording to find out how! Hint: It’s in the Q&A section.

Hear from a panel of Ochsner employees to learn about Ochsner’s first year as a Limeade customer, how they implemented a new well-being program, how they utilize team challenges, work with existing ERGs, and recognize employees for their participation.
Dr. Christina Shane-Simpson, Limeade Institute Researcher and Psychologist, explores when, how, and why well-being should be infused in the flow of work.
