Make this their best job.
A great job is the result of millions of moments. How you shape them for your people makes all the difference.
There’s more to the employee experience than the obvious milestones: interview, onboarding, performance management and even exit. An employee’s experience with your company is made moment by moment. It’s influenced by their teams and colleagues, by the tools they use, by the work they do. It’s made up of the interactions, big and small, that make work feel great.
The intention you put in to building a positive employee experience is more than good business — it’s life-changing for employees. And it all starts with understanding and curating the moments that show people you care.
Those great moments in an employee’s experience used to be random, but now there’s a platform that makes them happen. From activities that improve engagement and well-being to touchpoints that communicate ideas or emphasize inclusion, Limeade ONE creates a “best job” kind of experience for your people.

As an experienced registered nurse, Sam knows how challenging and rewarding caregiving can be. He’s highly engaged in his work and often puts his own well-being last. He’s started to experience burnout, an organizational problem his hospital system is committed to addressing.
Sam’s shift begins early with rounds. After checking on his patients, he sees in Limeade ONE that his employer launched an engagement survey and they’d value his feedback.
On a quick break, Sam sees that his coworkers have been posting pictures depicting why they love their jobs in Limeade ONE. He gathers his team and snaps a picture to post to the comments.
Sam’s manager notices he’s getting overwhelmed. She sends him a word of appreciation, reminds him about his saved PTO and encourages him to take some well-deserved personal time soon.
After a long day, Sam stops by the gym on his way home. Cardio exercise is one of his most effective stress-reducers. He tracks his exercise in the Limeade “heart health” activity.
