Our Hiring Process

We’re committed to an inclusive hiring process that brings in stellar candidates for screenings and interviews. We hire and interview with our Limeade company values in mind, while making sure our candidates are equally excited about the role. To ensure a great experience, we bring candidates in for multiple rounds of interviews.

Here’s what a candidate can expect:

  • Apply for the open position online or hear from one of our Recruiters through our Limeade LinkedIn account

  • Our Recruiting Team reviews all resumes and selects candidates who match the role requirements

  • Our Recruiting Team and the Hiring Manager will host phone screens with selected candidates

  • Selected candidates will have in-person or video interviews with 4 - 5 different team members

  • A member of the People Team will extend the offer to the final candidate over the phone

Please note:

  • The Limeade corporate email domain is limeade.com. Emails from any other domain, even if they include the word 'Limeade', do not originate from our company

  • Limeade will NEVER ask you to provide payment as a pre-requisite to starting employment with us

  • Limeade DOES NOT require employment candidates to send financial information via email
