Mercury Insurance Group, Brinker International Inc., USAA, Kindred Healthcare and Honda recognized for excellence in organizational support of well-being improvement
Today Limeade, a corporate wellness technology company, announced the winners of its 2016 Limelight Awards. The annual awards recognize customers who lead the industry as great places to work with engaging well-being programs.
“Limeade customers share our belief that employee well-being is business critical — and their program results are a testament to that,” said Steven Parker, vice president of customer success. “The 2016 Limelight Award winners exhibit a genuine commitment to supporting well-being from both the top down and the bottom up. We are proud to be their partner.”
These are the 2016 Limelight Award winners:
Engagement Leaps: Mercury Insurance Group
Awarded to Mercury for successfully unifying the organization’s 40+ office locations in well-being improvement through a single platform. With the help of a dedicated team of “Well-being Ambassadors,” Mercury Insurance achieved 60 percent participation for eligible employees with nearly half accessing the program on mobile devices.
Fresh Innovation: Brinker International, Inc.
Awarded to Brinker International for taking a unique approach to driving participation in a previously underutilized medical-decision resource and support program. The strategy marked a turning point in team member participation, resulting in a significant increase in team member registrations.
Bringing Culture to Life: USAA
Awarded to USAA for its dedication to a culture of unparalleled member service. USAA works to help employees bring their best selves to work — integrating popular existing programs with a fresh approach to total well-being, including physical, emotional and financial health.
Inspiring Change: Kindred Healthcare
Awarded to Kindred Healthcare for recognizing a need to address metabolic syndrome and developing a targeted solution for employees. Kindred drove positive health outcomes to employees at risk of diabetes, and increased overall program participation using targeting and smart program analytics.
Organizational Support: Honda
Awarded to Honda for its outstanding cross-organizational support and leadership during the launch of a new well-being program. Dedicated resources, an engaged project team and a deep understanding of its population resulted in an engaging program that truly empowers employees to be their best.
