Colette leads the Product Management, User Design and Research teams. She brings 25 years of product management and product marketing expertise in a variety of roles across Fortune 500, global, and startup firms.

Colette has earned patents and TIME Magazine innovation awards for medical technology and sports technology products. She earned an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and a Master of Education from the University of Southern California.

Colette lives in Sammamish, Washington with her husband and four children. She is passionate about mission-driven work — the kind that changes lives — and building high-performing teams.
