Dave Smith

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Dave manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including product, technology, customer success and company operations.

Dave has held senior positions at multiple high growth Venture Capital and Private Equity backed HR technology, data and consumer companies. Prior to his role at Limeade and TINYpulse, Dave was Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer of PayScale during its growth from $2M to $100M in revenue and through several rounds of funding and acquisitions. Before PayScale, Dave led CareerBuilder UK as Managing Director and held critical positions at Unicru/Kronos in the hiring and recruitment space.    

Dave and his family live in Seattle and Portland and enjoy the outdoors, swimming and regularly having dinner and watching movies together.
