At Limeade, we pride ourselves on embracing the whole employee. Work and personal lives are intertwined, and what happens in one part of life affects every other part — which is why taking time off to refresh and recharge is so important. And we know that in addition to breaks for themselves, employees also need time off to serve others. So on top of our PTO (paid time off), we offer our employees VTO (volunteer time off). They get extra time to improve themselves while giving back to our communities.
(And it doesn’t hurt that volunteer time boosts engagement, retention, satisfaction and overall well-being.)
Check out how our fellow LimeMates passionately serve others during their VTO.
