What does well-being mean to you?
Well-being embodies everything about the human being. To be truly “well,” one should have knowledge and control over key aspects of their life. Waking up happy and healthy every single day or at least working toward that goal is what I embrace.
What’s the best thing about working at Limeade?
Working for an organization that has true transparency with a great culture is a blessing. When you walk the hallways at Limeade, you find that every LimeMate is passionate about working toward the same goal, embracing our core values and great culture along the way.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever gotten?
I remember the advice vividly — you do not have to be the smartest person in the room. You need a strong work ethic backed by organizational skills and a relentless pursuit for success. Hard work creates opportunity.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to help people achieve their goals, big and small. There is no greater joy than helping someone work hard toward a dream and then seeing them reach it. It’s a bond between two people that can’t be topped and is one that motivates me to wake up every day striving to serve others.
