Nilofer Merchant offers a seemingly simple solution to break up your day and get you away from your computer screen. Do you spend every morning looking at your to-do list to plan your day? David Allen has a different idea. He encourages appropriate engagement. By allocating the right amount of time on the right things, we can alleviate unnecessary stress and procrastination.
